Set a goal today to see IF I could get to 3.1 miles and if so how long. Did better then I expected. Now to get to the point this doesn't hurt so much! 3.1mi in 76.24 min.
I've also signed up for the COLOR VIBE 5K on 9/14/13. So I'm really starting to train for that. A 5K is 3.1 miles. I need to be able to do this outside, and probably faster, but that's why we train, right????
