I've been updating on FB, but not here too. I know, bad blogger.
To date I'm down 110 pounds. Feels pretty good.
Admitidley I'm slacking in the working out dept. My new assignment at work has messed up my work out schedule. And The cold weather and dark dark dark mornings have left me unmotivated to work out in the morning. Exhaustion is my excuse in the evening. Bad me.
So I need to find my motivation to keep at this and keep moving.
Happily I am still losing. Just at a much slower pace then before. And most likely because I'm being careful with what I do eat. If I'm not moving as much I can't eat as much, but do make sure to hit at least 1200 calories a day. I don't dare go less then that as I know I'll stop losing and start gaining again if I do.
SO with that, I'll leave you with some new pics.
