Staying FIT over the Holidays


It's time to create a plan for the Holidays AND 2015. How? Fitness, nutrition, support, and REWARDS! Get started on your goals now so you have have the healthiest holidays ever, and start 2015 off right!

WHY?
There will always be "The Holidays" and for some reason that is our excuse to indulge. But it doesn't have to be. We can work together to enjoy the treats and still stay fit! The more you burn the more you can eat!!! Right?

I have LOTS of ideas and groups open to get you started right.

1) There's my PiYo challenge group that starts 11/24! Just before Thanksgiving. Let's focus on great nutrition and a new low impact workout together!
