Water Check


Water Check! How are you doing today? Did you drink enough? Still need to drink more? You should ideally be drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 200 lbs, the goal to drink would be 100 ounces. LIKE if you hit your goal, COMMENT if you're still working on it and tell me how close you are! #ThirstyThursday
