Health Benefits of Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil is a great fat option and I use it now in place of many other fats and oils. While higher in calories, it's metabolized much more efficiently and therefore works for you! So I make sure to budget the calories accordingly. It will actually help boost your metabolism by 5% according to my nutritionist. Officially in the Super-Food category. :)
