Just found out!!!! Starting tomorrow (9/2/14) 21 Day Fix will be September's PROMO program!!!! PERFECT for my 30 For 30 Accountability group starting on the 15th.
30 days. 30 workouts. 30 minutes (or less)!
21 Day Fix WITH 30 days of Shakeology = $140. That's bananas. That's $4.60 a day for 30 days.
If you don't know much about 21 Day Fix, here's a QUICK low down:
- 21 day program with daily workouts that are 30 minutes or less.
- Portion control meal plan. No counting. No weighing. No measuring. If it fits into the container that they give you, you can eat it.
- Most people lose 8-15 lbs.
- SIMPLE moves, no choreography.
- There is a modifier who doesn't use weights or do the hard stuff. So fantastic for beginners too.
And accountability groups?
