Varicose Veins in weird places!

One just popped up on my middle finger knuckle on my left hand. It's so strange, and slightly annoying. I was in the shower just now, washing my hair and my finger had a sudden "ouch" moment. I look down and see this bulging pulsing blue vein that wasn't visible before the shower. Honestly, I've never had this before in any of my other pregnancies... VV in my finger that is. So weird!
