So try not to get so upset that you didn't get a badge, or that you're not at the top of your leader board this week...... You get another shot at it again tomorrow! And tomorrow you'll CRUSH IT!
At the end of the day, YOU DID IT! You MOVED! And YOU DID GET ALL THE CREDIT!
You'll see that reward when you go to buy new clothes in a smaller size. When your physical health is so vastly improved you no longer suffer high blood pressure, diabetes, risk of heart disease......
